MI AND REPORTING ANALYST
WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)

£35,000-£39,000 per annum DOE

We are recruiting for an MI and Reporting Analyst to work closely with senior management, providing insightful management information that will directly impact decisions taken at the very top of the organisation.

Based in our Wellingborough head office you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week, although you may need to be onsite more frequently to fully embed initial training.  You will also have plenty of opportunities to visit our London office to develop stakeholder relationships.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Providing BAU reporting and analysis on weekly, monthly and annual cycles.
  • Developing internal systems, including Power BI, to improve efficiency of MI production tailored to the needs of stakeholders.
  • Creating strategic data analysis to support senior stakeholder decision-making, including the CEO and other executives.
  • Presenting and explaining data analysis insights in business language to colleagues across all levels of seniority.
  • Undertaking project work, including leading on projects related to process improvement, data quality and other strategic priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Excellent analytical skills developed within the financial services industry, ideally banking.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge and use of data visualisation tools including PowerBI, as well as CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Adept at queries, writing report and presenting findings in an easily understood manner.
  • Credibility to deal directly with senior management including the CEO.
