Your New Role
We are seeking a Lead Technical Business Analyst to join our Investment Platforms team in London. In this key role, you will support the delivery of technology solutions across Investments, Investment Operations, and ICOR (Investment Compliance and Operational Risk) departments. You will be responsible for capturing and analysing business requirements, designing system processes, and working closely with global teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
Your experience in financial services, particularly within Investment Management, will enable you to bridge the gap between business and technology, delivering solutions that drive continuous improvement. While leadership experience is not essential, we are looking for someone with the potential to grow into a leadership role as the organisation expands.
