The Job:
As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with developers and internal business units to deliver Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions with ServiceNow. Here’s how your responsibilities break down:
Development and Implementation: You’ll actively participate in developing, testing, and implementing code to achieve the team’s goals. This includes writing scripts, automating processes, and ensuring smooth deployment.
Agile Teamwork: You’ll be part of an agile team, working collaboratively from start to finish. Agile methodologies emphasise iterative development, continuous feedback, and flexibility. The product owner’s guidance will be crucial throughout the process.
ServiceNow TPRM Knowledge: Your familiarity with ServiceNow TPRM is essential. You’ll leverage this knowledge to address risk management challenges related to third-party vendors.
Issue Resolution and Solutions: Beyond code development, you’ll actively engage with the team to identify and resolve issues. Exploring solutions, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations are key aspects of your role.
Stakeholder Interaction: You won’t work in isolation. Interacting with team members, third parties, and clients is critical. Effective communication and collaboration will drive successful outcomes.
Remember, your impact extends beyond code—it’s about creating a secure and efficient environment for managing third-party risks.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Applied experience with ServiceNow development in TPRM and IRM
Working understanding of ServiceNow administration settings and deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
