Nottingham Trent House (95002), United Kingdom, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire Frontline Training Lead About this role As a Frontline Training lead, you’ll lead a team to create and deliver learning experiences for new front line agents in Operations. Working across complex subjects, simplicity and clarity will be at the heart of what you and your team do, whilst using a range of tools to make sure your team's learning is engaging and memorable. You need to be flexible with your planning, actively working with stakeholders to problem-solve when things change. Our training strategy is changing, and you’ll be integral in the transformation of our new hire training programs in the UK. With support from the wider team, you’ll plan the conversion of new hire training from traditional face to face delivery, to a fully Blended Learning solution. What you'll do Lead a small team of front line trainers, to deliver face to face or virtual  training (including full new hire programmes and tenured agent training) Build a strong network with our training managers at our vendor sites, promoting and sharing best practices Work closely with process owners, development teams, front line managers and agents to produce training content of a high quality that meets the needs of the business and addresses any performance concerns Work closely with the nesting, coaching and knowledge teams to ensure your new hires are getting the appropriate support and tools  Manage the facilitation of reviewing and updating all new hire training over the course of each year When not managing and developing your team, you’ll also: Contribute to the digital learning strategy, ensuring all training is considered for Blended Learning development Deliver training virtually or face to face when needed Please note, occasional travel to deliver training at our offshore vendors in India may be required as part of this role. Where and how you'll work This is a permanent position based at our Nottingham offices.  We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working model - one that creates the opportunity to work in your own way, but also provides great spaces for in-person collaboration.   Our core in-the-office days are Tuesday to Thursday, but they aren't mandatory - you’ll be led by your team, the type of work you do and of course your preferences.
