So we’re looking for someone to join us as a Front Line Manager to engage, motivate, and inspire their team to deliver great customer experiences.  We value great people, so you’ll spend the majority of your time focussed on coaching and developing your team, whilst managing their performance against department metrics. What you’ll do Manage, engage and motivate a home-based team of 10-12 associates with our Collections department Dedicate 80% of your time to coaching and developing your team Identify improvements that will support your area's progression, whilst empowering your team to adopt this mind-set Manage the team to deliver against performance metrics, with focus on maintaining performance levels Collaborate with other Front Line Managers to deliver shared goals and promote consistent people management So if you have a passion to lead and develop a talented team, whilst placing customer experience at the heart of everything you do, our Front Line Manager role could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. What we’re looking for You’ll have previous experience managing a team in either a remote or office environment You’ll be able to demonstrate that you’ve effectively coached a team to improve performance against KPIs and understand recognised coaching models You’ll be great communicator who is able to build trusted relationships with their team and stakeholders within the business You’re able to identify and recommend solutions to improve processes and operational practice  You’re effective at at managing your own workload whilst balancing the needs of your team and are resilient through periods of high workload We are committed to creating a level playing field and seek to create teams that are representative of our customers and the communities we serve.  We’d love to hear from you if you identify with a typically under-represented group in our industry and are particularly keen to hear from women and ethnic minority candidates. Where and how you'll work You’ll be managing a team that are based at home so many of your interactions with them will take place remotely.  There will be opportunities for you to build team ethic, increase social interactions and have one-to-one conversations in person too, as each team will have one day per fortnight scheduled to attend the Nottingham office as a team.   This is a permanent position based at our Nottingham offices. We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working model - one that creates the opportunity to work in your own way, but also provides great spaces for in-person collaboration.   Our core in-the-office days are Tuesday to Thursday, but they aren't mandatory - you’ll be led by your team, the type of work you do and of course your preferences.
