Working collaboratively with the wider commercial team, you will optimise relationships with key third-party partners to generate account volumes. You will particularly leverage marketing as a tool.  What you’ll do End-to-end category management of our relationship with third party partners, from day to day approval and monitoring of marketing to performance tracking and future growth plans Working collaboratively with the design and marketing teams to support thinking on the look and feel of the end product Optimising all aspects of partnership performance with the primary aim of delivering growth for Capital One Strategic thinking aimed at evolving our position on third-party relationships  What we’re looking for Experience of managing relationships and driving commercial decisions – particularly utilising data to make decisions Ability to work autonomously and with a proactive mindset, and willing to pursue and explore different routes to solving problems  Strong analytical skills -Whether demonstrated through academic or professional experience, you’ll be at ease with numbers and enjoy solving problems that present numerically A great communicator, able to effectively convey messages to our marketing partners and senior stakeholders within the business Comfortable working collaboratively with associates from across the business; from Legal & Compliance, Service Management, Technology and Operations Ability to prioritise  across multiple projects and deliverables   Where and how you'll work This is a permanent position and can be based in either our Nottingham or London  offices.  We're currently working fully remote until 7th September after which time we're adopting a flexible hybrid working model - one that creates the opportunity to work in your own way, but also provides great spaces for in-person collaboration.   Our core in-the-office days are Tuesday to Thursday, but they aren't mandatory - you’ll be led by your team, the type of work you do and of course your preferences.
