Nottingham Trent House (95002), United Kingdom, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire PPI Front Line Associate About this role As a member of the PPI team, you will investigate and fulfil GDPR requests including Subject Access Requests from customers and third parties. Using your strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail, you will manage each individual situation in a way that presents a positive outcome. What you’ll do: You will be responsible for collating relevant information stored in various Capital One systems in order to process the SARs Reconstitute credit agreements as per our process Respond to AXA validation requests using telephone and email channels Complete other administration activities including transcripts and settlement processing Adhere to Capital One compliance and quality standards to ensure the right response is sent to the customer Updating customer records to ensure there is a accurate reflection of all agreed actions that have been taken What were looking for:  Good communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Knowledge and understanding of regulators/industry requirements Ability to deal with working cases that can be repetitive in nature Strong problem solving skills so that the customers requests can be fully understood and resolved first time A strong focus on improving results We are committed to creating a level playing field and seek to create teams that are representative of our customers and the communities we serve.  We’d love to hear from you if you identify with a typically under-represented group in our industry and are particularly keen to hear from women, the LGBTQ+ community and ethnic minority candidates.
