Nottingham Trent House (95002), United Kingdom, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire Digital Product Manager About this role As part of the Digital Product team, you will support in the discovery, creation and delivery of our digital product roadmaps.  You’ll identify consumer needs and work closely with the wider business to deliver new products and roll out new features to existing ones.  You’ll be committed to delivering real value for consumers and our business, you’ll instinctively care about product/market fit and you’ll have a laser focus on flawless delivery when getting new products and features to market. What you’ll do Work closely with development teams, designers, and others to deliver features that are delightful and vital to the lives of credit card consumers across all walks of life Learn about (or grow your knowledge on) how credit works so you can help us to disrupt the category  from the inside out Integrate business analytics and operational excellence in every aspect of design and development, and define metrics to measure the success of products Help define the  product roadmap to meet the business and consumer goals for your team Maintain a rigorously human-centred approach to designing customer interactions What we’re looking for You have experience and shown success identifying  business opportunities and translating them into consumer products, ideally in technology or digital domains You bring a commercial approach, appreciating and using the impact digital experiences have on customer outcomes and business results You are willing and excited to get into the guts of a completely data-driven, highly regulated industry, which comes with a lot of existing complexity You work well with diverse teams, partnering across the organisation to navigate an ambiguous and quickly changing environment You have a deep technical expertise and leverage it to identify and creatively solve business problems This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office.  We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working model - one that creates the opportunity to work in your own way, but also provides great spaces for in-person collaboration.   Our core in-the-office days are Tuesday to Thursday, but they aren't mandatory - you’ll be led by your team, the type of work you do and of course your preferences.
