Our digital transformation has challenged us, taught us how to be creative and helped us bring to life a roadmap for customer servicing that stands alongside the best in the industry. Despite our progress, we want to do better. The Product Design practice is central to our continuous improvement. UI Designers act as guardians of our brand experience, ensuring the continuity and consistency of our design language. Our Content leads craft language that builds trust, removes ambiguity and helps maintain our values of simplicity even when dealing with complex financial processes.  What you’ll do Deliver work that spans all project phases, from concept and design through to production (e.g. sketches, mock-ups, low and hi-fidelity comps, specs, and production-ready assets) Explore a variety of visual design directions in a rapid, iterative fashion, incorporating feedback from the design team and stakeholders Be a brand guardian and influence the application of our visual language whilst being an advocate for quality Support UX designers in ideation sessions and workshops to develop ideas that address both customer and business needs Use your visual thinking to help team members across disciplines understand, frame and communicate real business problems. When people talk, you visualise ways to represent their message Partner closely with engineering teams and collaborate during the development process to get your solution into the hands of the user What we’re looking for A portfolio that exhibits your creative potential across a variety of platforms (eg. Mobile, web). We’d love to see examples of how you’ve creatively responded to a complex brief, or challenging content Skilled using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, InVision, Adobe Suite Creative storytelling and illustration skills Proven experience in UI and visual design, with pixel-level attention to detail. Where and how you'll work This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham offices (currently fully remote until September 2021).  We're currently working fully remote until 7th September after which time we're adopting a flexible hybrid working model - one that creates the opportunity to work in your own way, but also provides great spaces for in-person collaboration.   Our core in-the-office days are Tuesday to Thursday, but they aren't mandatory - you’ll be led by your team, the type of work you do and of course your preferences.
