Permanent

Location:  Edinburgh (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home)

Salary: A competitive salary from £29,840 - £44,760 depending on the experience you can bring

We are looking for a Workplace Relationship Manager to join our team. Workplace Solutions is a core market for Aegon UK and therefore is critical to the strategy and success of the business. You will be a part of a team that is responsible for delivering a compelling proposition, providing strong strategic relationship management, and building and maintaining relationships with key employers.

As a Workplace Relationship Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with a designated panel of managed clients

  • Take a structured and proactive approach to employer management – governance & engagement

  • Own problem resolution for managed client servicing and administration

  • Reactive issue/complaint resolution including high quality, expedient resolution and root cause analysis.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across the business ensuring a joined up approach is taken at all times.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Excellent client relationship management skills – working with large workplace clients

  • Proactive relationship management skills – identifying opportunities to support the employer in areas such as engagement or wellbeing

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Passion for service excellence and a sharp focus on continuous improvement.

  • Excellent report writing skills.

  • Competent with a wide range of windows based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.) and comfortable with new technology. 

  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines, whilst demonstrating accountability for individual and team workload
