Job Title: Relationship Support Consultant

Contract Type: Permanent  

Location: Edinburgh or Alderley Edge

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

Royal London’s Distribution team are currently recruiting for Relationship Support Consultant’s. These are exciting new roles whereby you will have the opportunity to shape and drive things forward.

 

The Relationship Support Consultant’s will be key to delivering the Distribution strategy. You will play an active role in supporting Advisers and the wider distribution team with technical and sales queries to ensure we maximise relationships whilst continuously seeking new business opportunities.

 

About the role

 

  • Support Advisers with the usage of the best advice tools, portals and research systems in the market as well as demonstrating the fabulous Royal London tools.
  • Provide support and follow up central sales campaigns and national partnership events.
  • Maintain and updated adviser CRM ensuring key sales information.
  • Assist in the promotion of sales campaigns.
  • Support with adviser system technical queries.
  • Communicate the features and benefits of Royal London products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

 

About you

 

  • Proven experience within a sales support or relationship consultant role is essential.
  • Background in financial services with knowledge of pension and protections products is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to translate sales MI into meaningful data.
  • Exceptional customer services skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
