Your new role:
Our Real Assets Portfolio comprises a combination of listed and unlisted direct equity investments within infrastructure and real estate, together with select pooled vehicle investments.
Reporting to our Investment Director, with a specific development lens, this new seat will support the investment strategy, and the execution of active asset management and developments in the portfolio, including;
· Development & Asset Management, across the UK and European portfolio
· Transaction Execution, commercial and technical negotiations that inform the underwrite process
· Portfolio Research & Reporting
· Internal and External stakeholder management
· Asset level performance oversight and asset management analysis to support fund reporting and risk management practices.
This position is a regulated/certified FCA seat within the Fund.
This role is based on-site at London King’s Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund’s global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.
You’ll need:
· Significant real estate experience focused on development, investment management and or asset management.
· Exposure working on substantially large transactions and projects
· Passion for property development, keeping up to date on recent transactions, market trends and best in class projects
· Ability to work in a small team, drive outcomes, whilst capable of autonomous working
· Relevant degree in Finance/Property, or equivalent
· Excellent communication and commercial skills, with an eye for detail and deadlines
· Experience in Development Management Agreements and their administration
· Understanding of ESG factors within the real assets space.
· European language would be a bonus, but not essential
