Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We are looking for a CRM Developer to join Royal London Asset Management’s IT Applications team on a permanent basis in London.

 

The purpose of this role is to contribute to the implementation, testing and maintenance of CRM build in Dynamics 365. You will actively contribute to development and integration of the power platform tool sets, which covers CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI with a view to extending the overall usage and coverage within the company.

 

The IT Applications team are responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting all production business applications as well as managing and promoting IT change surrounding these systems, whether this is business process change or system developments.

 

About the role

 

Liaising with internal stakeholders, to provide the following services:

 

  • Actively contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions within Microsoft CRM and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable applications.
  • Integration with project teams and internal development teams to integrate applications and data sources with enterprise solutions.

 

This role is to provide the following:

 

  • Design, Data and Integration – defining approved and best fit solutions within existing architecture and business process flow.
  • Lead resolution of intricate technical challenges with a can-do approach, by leveraging your expertise to maintain highest standards of technical delivery.
  • Strongly adhere to quality assurance measures to improve code quality and route to production. 

 

About you

 

  • Practical development experience of customising D365 CRM solutions – particularly for the Sales and Customer Engagement Modules.
  • Strong knowledge of CoE toolkit and ALM Accelerator or ALM principles within Power Platform.
  • Practical experience of implementing business solutions in various technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of C# and JavaScript for CRM.
  • An understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio and Connectors.
  • Practical experience of MS 365 Office integration.
  • Practical experience of Power BI.
