Citi’s Institutional Clients Group is looking for full-time analysts to join the Capital Markets (CM) division in London. The CM business works with our corporate and government clients to develop, structure, and implement financing packages to meet their capital needs. The division is comprised of over 20 different groups that provide many traditional Investment Banking experiences (managing client relationships and working with them to develop strategic and tactical financing plans), while also incorporating a heavy focus on the ever-changing markets, similar to Sales & Trading.
As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will join an intensive training program, where you will receive in-depth education on a variety of these topics to learn the fundamentals of the analyst role, as well as an overview of Citi’s culture.

The CM analyst program trains and grows key players in today’s changing economic environment and will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to help companies and governments raise capital in new and innovative ways. The analyst program starts in July and will kick off with six weeks of training.

Returner Programme
The Citi Returner Programme is a supportive hiring programme, designed to help you transition from a career break into a career within financial services.
