Overview
We are looking for a talented Internal Communication and Engagement Specialist to drive internal engagement for large scale change programs. Bringing people on any change journey is one of the most critical part of any successful internal transformation. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and delivering communication strategies, creating communication artifacts and portals to deliver timely and engaging communication programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, ideally within Financial Services and a consulting environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Communication specialist looking for a highly diverse, client-facing role where no two projects are the same. If you have strong observation, critical thinking, and inter-personal skills as well as impeccable attention to detail along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment then we are looking for you.
