Capco is looking for consultants, at junior to senior levels with experience of working across either Retail Banking lending products (overdrafts, point of sale finance, auto finance credit cards, loans, mortgages etc), or Commercial Banking lending products (loans, government lending schemes, asset finance, complex finance, syndicating lending etc) from within a lender, third party, technology, or consulting domain.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in any of sales, originations, customer assistance, customer / client journey development, product design, pricing, credit risk / decisioning or portfolio management.
These roles offer the chance to help lenders to fundamentally reshape and disrupt the banking landscape within the UK today, by helping to establish new perspectives and working with clients to successfully design and deliver change across all facets of their business and technology.
The roles have a national focus and are part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions. You will be instrumental in building credible, trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, at all levels of our client’s organisation across the business.
