  • FINIO: our rapidly growing, innovative, award-winning data hub that intelligently connects investment platforms with software providers and advisory firms for the flow of investment data.

As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for our first dedicated client relationship manager to join the team to run all aspects of client account management, ensuring our clients are well looked after.

We are a fully remote, UK-based team.

  • A natural people person, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience working in the financial advice industry
  • Confident and authentic, able to have direct and meaningful conversations with clients.
  • A proven track record of upselling products and services.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage a schedule of client meetings and keep track of interactions with our numerous clients.
  • Comfortable dealing with people of all seniorities across a range of organisations.
  • Motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently, and passionate about shaping the client relationship function at Sprint.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a small company environment, embracing uncertainty and change.
  • Experience working with customer support and product development teams.
  • Legally authorised to work in the UK without sponsorship.
