Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building virtual cross product implementation teams, their outputs and leading team resources for successful outcomes
  • Positive relationship skills to collaborate with teams outside NPS and deliver complicated cross product network implementation projects across both hLSEG and hRefinitive heritage estates
  • Leads and implements strategic priorities with a team of Network implementation specialists across the Network Implementation teams
  • Produces and analyses team’s workload.  Reports and recommends team resourcing of project requests
  • Recommends and initiates process/procedure modifications or improvements
  • Coordinates project resources to ensure plans are in place to accomplish goals
  • Ensure policies, standards and procedures are adhered within projects
  • Handle project front door processing co-ordinate requirements between multiple teams to handover
  • Handle third party resourcing requirements to meet project needs, including engagement selection, onboarding, and Financing (Purchase Orders, Invoicing and Charging)
  • Builds positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Partners with other teams to resolve issues raised from a wide group of customers
  • Is responsible for the establishment and continuous improvement of the delivery to client
  • Guides and develops colleagues within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Network Implementation Experience in Enterprise and Datacentre Network Environments
  • Experience of running large ground-breaking Network Implementation/migration projects
  • Good Experience of leading highly skilled Network Implementation Engineers
  • Good Experience on Network Automation Framework, Strategy, Planning and Execution
  • Building positive relationship with customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions to the business.​
  • Using qualities and actions that focus on helping individuals improve performance by using probing questions in order to guide others toward improvement and learning through partnership, positive leadership and strengths.
  • Continuously seeks new ways of working to make processes run smoother and faster.
