ABOUT THE ASSOCIATE DATA PROGRAMME. 

Capco’s Associate Data Programme is the entry point into data consulting within Capco and attracts individuals from a range of different backgrounds – from recent university graduates, through to professionals with a desire to make a change in their career.  

From day one as an Associate Data Consultant, you will be given the opportunity to support our clients on a wide range of interesting projects. You will help develop and deliver market-changing and innovative solutions and strategies to our regional and global clients. The Capco Associate Data Programme is designed to equip you with the skills and experience required to become our financial consulting leaders of tomorrow. In addition, The Associate Data Programme will provide: 

  • An experienced senior coach to support you by providing career advice and guidance throughout your career at Capco
  • A peer buddy from day one to help you settle in
  • Rotation across business areas to ensure that you gain insight across our various offerings
  • Fast career progression - we believe in rewarding success
  • Unique learning and development opportunities to build up your consulting, domain expertise and analytical skills. This will include a 3-week training programme, including practical classroom trainings and tutorials across a wide range of disciplines such as python, AI & prompt engineering, data visualisations and many more.
  • Training at Capco doesn’t stop after these 3-weeks. You will have access to a range of trainings and will be encouraged to dedicate time to learning through the annual 40hrs of training.
  • Capco will also provide you with a DataCamp account to aid in your training week. This will then be available after for you to explore any additional courses that spark your interest.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. 

We are looking for individuals who are degree educated from a relevant (but not limited to) STEM discipline or related field with a classification of 2:1 or above, who have a shared passion for data, an interest in financial services and are motivated to work in a fast-paced, challenging and project-based environment. Previous data experience (>6 months) is preferrable but not limited to those from within financial services, as is experience in or knowledge of coding languages such as Python or SQL. We require strong verbal and written communication skills matched with strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
