Product Owner
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Edinburgh, Peterborough or Witham (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home)
Salary: A competitive salary from £46,000 - £69,000, depending on the experience you can bring

As one of our Product Owners, your role will be pivotal in shaping how we connect with our users, providing seamless, engaging and innovative digital experiences.
We’re looking for someone to drive innovation and lead product development in our Retail team. If you are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences for our users (advisers, customers and employers) and motivated to help us improve our proposition, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Set a clear vision and purpose for the team based on the scope areas you will be looking after
Creating/organising a backlog of work, ensuring it’s prioritised, understood and delivered by the team to the agreed Acceptance Criteria
Liaising with a range of key stakeholders to ensure objectives for product increments and sprints are well understood & supported
Accountability for the feature delivery roadmap in your team, ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
Building and maintaining a strong team ethos, ensuring full team involvement in activities with a clear vision and a strong sense of shared purpose to get the best out of your feature team members
You will support the wider business with its Agile Transformation by sharing ideas, acting as a champion, promoting positive team culture, driving continuous improvement, while help define best practice
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment
Understanding of financial services sector and the associated customer demands and dynamics
Understanding of the regulatory framework in UK financial services and the application to customer conduct, financial promotions and product governance
Understanding of the UK investment platform market and products within it
Strong knowledge of UK long term savings and pensions propositions, digital features & capabilities
Experience working within a UK platform
