Salary - Up to £99,000 DOE + annual bonus & benefits Location - Edinburgh or Glasgow Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to a Tesco Bank office at least 1 day per week for this position. Closing Date - Applications close 12th February at 5pm A chance to thrive We’re looking for a Senior IT Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc. In this role, you will be leading a team of specialist auditors providing assurance across technology, cyber security, operational resilience and business change. This is a pivotal point for Tesco Bank as we integrate our technology and wider business into Barclays over the next few years. Reporting to the Head of Audit for IT, Change and Data, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the department audit plan, have ongoing exposure to Tesco Bank and Barclays stakeholders, represent the function at key governance fora and deliver timely and impactful assurance to the business. This opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion on a secondment basis. What you’ll be doing • Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a portfolio of IT and Cyber Security audits. • Managing a team of specialist auditors as we deliver a range of audits • Engaging and collaborating with business stakeholders and representing Internal Audit at key governance and risk fora. • Supporting the Head of Audit with the development and maintenance of the audit plan. We need you to have • Technology and/or cyber security audit experience, at Senior Manager level or above, within financial services. • Demonstrable experience of oversight of multiple concurrent audits. And if you have any of these, even better • Utilising agile practices within an audit environment. • Experience of Teammate+ audit system. • Change audit delivery - covering both Agile and Waterfall based project methodologies. • Experience of working with Data analytics within an audit function.
