Fixed Term Contract
Location: Edinburgh (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home)
Salary: A competitive salary from £23,400, depending on the experience you can bring

As a Customer Care Support Associate you’re the person that our customers rely on to help them manage their financial wellbeing. You’ll process customer requests, answer queries and work with your team to solve any complex issues.
We’ll train you. We’re not looking for financial experts (though they are very welcome!) because when you join us, you’ll join our Platform Academy and learn from some of our experts. Before you deal with customers, we’ll give you the skills and the technical know how to delight and support them.
We’ll help you develop a career. If you want to take your career further, we’ll help you work through a personal development plan, with a number of resources including WeLearn and Talent Market Place.
