Role Responsibilities:

Strategy and Implementation

  • Support the design, implementation, and tracking of the People Insights strategy & roadmap to ensure alignment with wider business and functional strategic objectives.
  • Define and manage success metrics for the People Insights COE, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery.
  • Lead on ad-hoc strategic projects relating to AI and People Insights initiatives

People Insights Partnering

  • Collaborate with business leaders, and their People Partners to understand strategic objectives and workforce challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical needs and ensure actionable insights align with business priorities.
  • Own the input of business requirements into the People Insights team’s backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and timely delivery of insights.

Change Management and Communication

  • Develop and implement change management frameworks to ensure the successful adoption of analytics insights and initiatives.
  • Create education and communication strategies to improve data literacy and the effective use of insights across the organization.
  • Lead initiatives to upskill the people function and wider business community in the use and application of People Analytics, data literacy and storytelling with data
  • Develop and deliver targeted training programs, workshops, and resources to build analytical capability across all levels.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted advisor to People Partners and Business leaders, championing the use of data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the People Insights team and across other business units.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of leading people analytics strategies and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Strong expertise in business partnering, with the ability to translate complex business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, including the development of education and communication frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment at senior levels.
  • Deep understanding of workforce trends, analytics tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience in upskilling and reskilling initiatives, with a focus on building organizational capability in analytics.
  • Strategic mentality, with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
