ROLE OVERVIEW
Specifically, you will be involved in helping to support the management of both Corporate and Individual memberships of WIBF. You will help to look after a portfolio of WIBF’s corporate supporters and ensure that they value their engagement with us. Delivering first class account management and stewardship for our existing portfolio of corporate partners to maximise their potential.
You will also be expected to support the Co-Chairs of the FLSB to develop a thriving Future Leaders’ Network, recruit members, and organise and promote events targeted at future leaders.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
● Accountable to the Co-Chairs of the FLSB and Nicky King
● Maintain a close and productive working relationship with the FLSB and Nicky King
● Provide updates at each FLSB meeting on the progress of the Management Committee.
● Work collaboratively with other members of the FLSB and WIBF committees.
● Supporting the Co-Heads of the Future Leaders’ Network in building a thriving community of Future Leaders within WIBF.
● Supporting the Co-Heads of the Student Engagement Strategy to build our presence amongst the University population.
● Attend WIBF events and represent WIBF to potential and current members, offering general support as and when required, and being active on social media and digital platforms.
● Assist in delivering wider WIBF objectives.
● Represent WIBF to members and third parties, acting as an ambassador for WIBF.

o Is able to create, facilitate, and provide input into wider strategy discussions.
o Develop a deep understanding of WIBF and its different pillars in order to articulate the value proposition to existing and new members.
o Help to manage a portfolio of corporate members.
o Develop and help to maintain demonstrably successful relationships with key corporate partners, including feeding back to the Director of Memberships on activities.
o Research potential future Institutional Members and source the key points of contact.

o Work closely with the Operations and the Finance teams on the annual renewal process for corporate partnerships.
o Clearly articulate and present WIBF’s mission and its role in furthering Women’s role in financial services as well as the broader D&I agenda

o Works collaboratively with other members of the FLSB, as well as WIBF Committees, Boards and members more broadly to achieve excellent results.
FLSB TERM/PARTICIPATION
FLSB members will be members of WIBF and operate in accordance with the WIBF FLSB Terms of Reference. FLSB meetings are held every six weeks and the Strategy Day annually. There is an expectation on FLSB Members to attend all FLSB meetings to fulfil the requirements of the role. This is a voluntary role and service on the FLSB is without remuneration except for administrative support, travel and accommodation costs in relation to FLSB member dues (refer to expenses policy for further guidelines). There is an expectation that individual FLSB members will commit sufficient time (approximately 4 hours per week) to ensure they meet any commitments they have agreed to as part of their agreed role and attend the AGM.
