Salary: A competitive salary from £51,920 - £64,900 depending on the experience you can bring.

To support this, we are looking to hire a Service Designer. In this role, you will bring design, strategy, product, technology, and creativity skills to help the business solve problems, create transformative customer experiences and deliver business ambitions.
We’ll ask you to be accountable for service design deliverables including Discovery Sessions and Service Blueprints for initiatives you are working on whilst supporting the product owner to deliver the right thing at the right time. You’ll work across the enterprise as well as supporting the Aegon UK Change Portfolio.
You’ll be working in a complex environment and will have to flex between macro themes and detailed insights to ensure that Aegon build valuable journeys to its customer, employers and advisers.
