Movement of Funds – Liquidity MRA
This team plays a crucial role in managing and refining risk associated with movements of funds – covering outgoing, incoming, and internal transfers. Focused on defining a clear payment risk appetite, consolidating and reporting payment risks as a unified entity, and harmonizing controls across the enterprise. Approach includes developing a cohesive framework for risk management and reducing reliance on detective controls by implementing proactive measures. By addressing these areas, the aim is to streamline processes, enhance financial stability, and ensure consistent, effective operations throughout the organization.
Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake detailed research of operational processes, platforms and operating model to identify, design and document current and target states and validate safety, completeness, coherence and efficiency of interim states.
Assess feasibility of implementation steps including conversion strategies, go-live and operational readiness, run-book definition and execution.
Model best practice business analysis execution and promote standardization and consistency across wider operations organization.
Undertake specific business analysis disciplines and activities e.g. Lead discovery workshops, collate and maintain process documentation, research specific topics and propose / evaluate design solutions, provide updates at senior forums.

Technical Skills:
Domain expertise: Across Operations and Finance functions and tools. Expert knowledge in end-to-end transaction lifecycle process.
Change management: Large, complex implementations and transformation program expertise in finance and or operations.
Data Migration: Extensive knowledge in migration techniques and tools to ensure seamless transition of data from legacy to new GL platform.
Process Improvement: Extensive knowledge of process improvement with a track record of streamlining operational or finance process.
General ledger Expertise: Good understanding of GL, systems, their functionalities, and best practice implementing.
Business Knowledge: Knowledge of both Markets and Banking products from transaction booking to cash settlement and controls therein.
Vendor Management: Experience in managing software vendors and 3rd party consultant teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align operational process with organizational strategies, with experience in strategic planning and execution.
