About this role
At Capital One our Product Managers drive the delivery of value; fostering collaboration, and taking responsibility for where and how we invest.
As part of our Digital Product team, you will support the creation, delivery and management of our digital products. You will be part of teams who work on identifying consumer needs and working closely with our engineers, designers and the wider business to deliver new products and roll out new features to existing ones.
What you’ll do
Lead the discovery, definition and delivery of new digital products and features that deliver our key business outcomes, working with our cross-functional delivery teams, bringing together design, business and technology expertise
Work closely with engineering teams, designers, and others to deliver products and features that are delightful and vital to the lives of credit card consumers
Learn about how consumer credit works so you can help us to disrupt it from the inside out
Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near and long term value
Integrate business analytics and operational excellence in every aspect of product design and development, and define metrics to measure the success of products
Define and explore the product roadmap for the business outcome you’ll contribute to
Maintain a rigorously human-centred approach, obsessing about internal and external customer needs to reimagine customer interactions
What we’re looking for
You have experience and shown success identifying business opportunities and translating them into digital consumer products and services.
You bring a commercial approach, appreciating and using the impact digital experiences have on customer outcomes and business results
You are willing and excited to get into the guts of a completely data-driven, highly regulated business, which comes with a lot of existing complexity
You work well with diverse teams, partnering across the organisation to navigate an ambiguous and quickly changing environment
You have a passion for digital experiences, you’ve worked with technical teams and are able to leverage it to creatively solve business problems
You can credibly collaborate with and challenge business, design and technology stakeholders, in order to make the right trade-off decisions and mitigate product risks

What’s in it for you
Bring us all this - and you’ll be well rewarded with a role contributing to the roadmap of an organisation committed to transformation
