As a Quality Assurance Senior Manager, you’ll lead a team of Quality Assurance Managers and Analysts, driving excellence across our Banking Products. You’ll own and evolve our Quality Assurance Framework, develop and execute testing plans, and provide insightful reporting to senior stakeholders. Working closely with senior leadership, business risk partners, and product teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our control environment and influencing how we work. Please note: The internal job title for this is role is Quality Assurance Senior Manager - Banking/Protect What you’ll be doing * Lead the development and maintenance of the Banking Quality Assurance Framework across all products, ensuring it supports a robust and effective control environment. * Design, plan, and execute comprehensive quality assurance test plans. * Collaborate with senior leaders across operational functions, outsourced service providers, and first-line risk teams to address Quality Assurance findings and implement proportionate remediation. * Monitor and assess colleague performance across all customer touchpoints using a range of Quality Assurance methodologies. * Track and report progress of Quality Assurance activities across internal and external functions, providing clear and actionable insights. We need you to have * Demonstrable experience in a Quality Assurance role within financial services with demonstrated success in implementing and enhancing Quality Assurance frameworks and methodologies. * Proven ability to manage Quality Assurance activities across internal operations and outsourced suppliers. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience in leading high-performing teams and acting as a role model for the Bank’s values. And if you have any of these, even better * In-depth understanding of financial services, particularly loans, credit cards, and savings products. * Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gain buy-in at senior levels. * Experience in risk and control roles within large financial institutions. * Track record of building effective relationships with executive stakeholders.
