We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with deep technical expertise to join our team of Analysis Managers, supporting the Head of Change and Senior Lead Analysts in the delivery of projects and programmes, and people management, in the area they support.
You will be presented with opportunities to engage in projects early on, navigating complex challenges collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the business including senior figures. You will take a strategic landscape view of the projects with a view to providing clear solutions and to influence and shape items at the start of the process.
About the role
• Lead and develop your team, supporting them with personal development, goal setting and career planning.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at any one-time, managing workload and priorities across all projects whilst working to fixed deadlines.
• Facilitates scoping and business priority setting for large or complex changes, engaging senior stakeholders as required.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in workshop facilitation enabling requirements to be elicited from stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Supports the development and adoption of company-wide modelling approach and techniques, taking on advanced modelling for significant projects or programmes of change.
• Identifies alternatives, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches considering Risk, Cost and Benefits.
About you
• Experienced people manager with ability to provide support and guidance to your team on analysis techniques and have oversight of projects they are working on.
• Financial Services experience within Pensions is a key requirement for this role.
• Expert in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior business stakeholders across the full range of business areas.
• Expert in Business Analysis and related Modelling, design, and Business Concepts.
• Advanced in communicating complex concepts and articulating principles and drivers for change.
• Advanced understanding of business structure and key business principles.
