ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a data-savvy volunteer to help us better understand how people interact with our website and what’s working well. This is a project role, ideally suited to someone who can set up automated monthly reports using Google Analytics, but we’d also love your ideas on how else we can use data to inform decision-making across WIBF. There may be further opportunities to support with one-off projects too.
You’ll be responsible for setting up a clear and accessible automated monthly report using Google Analytics to help us understand our website performance more effectively. This report should include insights into website traffic and user behaviour, highlight which content is performing well, and show where our visitors are coming from, whether search engines, social media, or email campaigns.
