Cynergy Bank was established following the acquisition of Bank of Cyprus UK, which provided services to business customers in the UK since 1955. We have expanded our reach with offices now in London, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester. We are a company of circa 243 employees, out of which 44.8% is female. Each returner is unique and treated as such. Our line managers are empowered to work with the returner creating an individual programme based on individual circumstances.
