Returner Programme

As part of our Global Parental Leave offering, from 1st July 2024 all parents returning from any type of family leave (Global Parental Leave, UK Maternity, Paternity, Adoption or Shared Parental Leave) are eligible to an eight-week phased return to work, working 80% of normal hours at full pay.
