Help capital markets organisations turn AI opportunities into scalable front-to-back business solutions
Join Capco’s Capital Markets practice as an AI Business Analyst, helping investment banks, trading firms, market infrastructure providers, and capital markets organisations bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, AI enablement, and transformation delivery, supporting clients across front, middle, and back-office functions to identify and implement AI-driven solutions within complex, highly regulated environments.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, trading and operations teams, technology delivery teams, and AI specialists to shape AI use cases, optimise workflows, define requirements, and support the rollout of AI-enabled capabilities across areas such as trade lifecycle management, client servicing, operations, risk, and regulatory processes. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical problem solving, requirements management, and delivery support, alongside an understanding of how AI technologies can improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and productivity across capital markets organisations.
Alongside supporting transformation delivery, you will help clients adopt AI responsibly by balancing innovation with governance, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and change readiness. You will contribute to workshops, process analysis, AI performance insights, and adoption activities, ensuring AI solutions are not only technically viable, but also practical, scalable, and valuable for the business.
We’re committed to making our recruitment process accessible and straightforward for everyone. If you need any adjustments at any stage, just let us know – we’ll be happy to help. We value each person’s unique perspective and contribution. At Capco, we believe that being yourself is your greatest strength. Our #BeYourselfAtWork culture encourages individuality and collaboration – a mindset that shapes how we work with clients and each other every day.
