The Role
Capco’s Associate Consulting Programme (ACP) is designed for early-career professionals looking to begin a consulting career within Financial Services. As an Associate Consultant, you will join a cohort of new consultants and complete a structured training programme before working on real client projects.
You will be aligned to a core domain: Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management, gaining exposure to transformation initiatives and AI-enabled ways of working. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will help clients modernise platforms, improve operations, and respond to an evolving industry landscape.

Please note: This role is expected to start on 21st September 2026. Successful candidates will be asked to complete an initial video interview prior to 3rd July. There will be two interview stages, both in person, the first commencing from between 6-24th July & the final taking place from 27th July - 7th August. Applicants should ensure that they are free & able to attend in-person interviews on these dates, as well as that they are able to start on the stated start date.
