Job Summary

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join Royal London within COO. This is a great step-up opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in analysis, problem solving or change delivery and is ready to take more ownership, broaden their stakeholder exposure and contribute to meaningful business and technology change.

 

About the role

 

  • Work with stakeholders and delivery teams to understand business needs, explore problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate requirements into clear, practical outputs that support effective decision-making and successful change delivery.
  • Use a range of business analysis techniques to help define scope, priorities, benefits, processes and future ways of working.
  • Support the delivery of meaningful business and technology change across Group Technology and Change.
  • Build your confidence, broaden your stakeholder exposure and continue developing your business analysis skills in a supportive environment.

 

 

 

About you

 

  • You have good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to investigate issues, ask questions and make sense of information.
  • You may have some experience of business analysis, change delivery, process improvement, project support or working closely with technology and business teams.
  • You can build positive relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • You’re organised, proactive and comfortable managing your own workload while supporting colleagues and team priorities.
  • You’re keen to learn and develop, with an appetite to build your business analysis toolkit and contribute to a collaborative practice.
  • You’re comfortable working with processes, data and requirements, and can help document current and future ways of working.
