As part of the Long-Standing Customer Apps & Test Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality technology change.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Test Manager to lead testing across complex change programmes and help drive forward our testing capability.
About the role
Defining and owning the test strategy across programmes and projects within your value stream
Leading and coordinating testing across complex deliveries involving multiple teams and applications
Managing internal and third-party test teams, ensuring alignment to delivery timelines
Providing clear, timely reporting on testing progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders
Collaborating with Technical Leads, Engineers, Programme Managers and senior stakeholders across the business
Driving improvements in testing practices, tooling and automation, using data and metrics to inform change
Building and enhancing testing capability across the value stream, including recruitment and development of talent.
About you
Proven experience managing testing across large-scale programmes, including system migrations or major upgrades
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
A track record of improving testing capability and driving strategic change
Experience leading teams across both permanent and third-party resources (onshore/offshore)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a changing environment.
