Salary: A competitive salary from £28,160 - £35,200 depending on the experience you can bring

We are currently hiring for a Finance Operations Support Analyst to join our team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will provide support to the Finance management team, ensuring that all regulatory, governance, risk and people management activities are completed accurately, consistently, and on time. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will help leadership stay informed by gathering, preparing, and presenting relevant data, insights, and updates on upcoming initiatives, operational deliverables, and business changes.
You will act as a facilitator across Finance teams, in driving effective operational management, embedding effective communication practices, supporting risk management routines, and helping ensure consistent ways of working across the department. You will also coordinate activity for key processes and project related tasks, including providing cross departmental support alongside IT, Operations, and other business areas to ensure actions are aligned and delivered. In addition, the role supports wider management by assisting with ad hoc tasks and helping to plan and organise biannual Finance strategy days.
