Working with senior industry figures to change how they operate if they are not meeting the rules and requirements and in the most severe cases taking regulatory action to stop firms operating their businesses
Collaborating effectively and closely with colleagues across the FCA, other regulators and law enforcement agencies both in the UK and internationally
Skills required:
Minimum:
Demonstrable experience of analysing complex information, and making sound, proportionate risk-based judgements and recommendations
Demonstrable experience building and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, showing effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing a varied, high volume, and demanding workload, while maintaining well-developed organisational skills
Essential:
Good interpersonal and communication skills including ability to write briefings and letters, and capable of communicating effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Experience of effective teamwork, working with others to deliver outcomes and complete tasks
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy, demanding environment
Ability to present yourself and the FCA in a professional and credible manner, with effective oral and presentation skills
Benefits:
