We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded, and creatively driven brand professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of one of the UK’s most trusted financial services brands, influencing senior stakeholders, optimising our media plans for efficiency and impact, and developing brand and product multimedia campaigns and assets that drive growth. About the role
• Develop and optimise media plans to ensure alignment with business objectives, target audience behaviours and campaign KPIs, making clear recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Act as the media subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on media planning, channel selection, audience targeting and investment optimisation, applying a commercial lens to align activity with business priorities.
• Use media performance data, market insight and econometrics modelling to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, optimise investment decisions and demonstrate the impact of brand activity on commercials and brand health metrics
• Translate media and performance data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-quality campaigns, creative assets, messaging and brand experiences that work consistently across internal and external channels
• Act as a brand guardian on brand positioning, visual identity and tone of voice
• Manage and champion the brand by overseeing governance processes, ensuring communications and touchpoints reflect brand standards
• Build strong relationships and provide expert advice that empowers teams and external partners to deliver on-brand, impactful communications.
About you
• Strong media planning and evaluation experience, with the ability to act as a subject matter expert.
• Experience of delivering brand strategy, creative development and brand governance processes.
• Commercially minded, aligned to project objectives with experience using ROI, performance data and insight to challenge assumptions, inform investment decisions and demonstrate commercial impact and impact on brand health measures.
• Experience building collaborative relationships with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful brand activity, including above the line advertising with a good understanding of advertising production processes.
• Clear communicator who can build strong internal relationships working effectively across teams
• Ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders
• Organised and proactive, with a creative approach to problem solving.
