The Role
Capco is a key consulting partner to leading wealth managers and private banks, supporting the definition and execution of their strategic priorities. Our work spans client service proposition design, business model reviews, regulatory change, digital and operating model transformation, and technology platform implementation. To support our continued growth, we’re seeking experienced professionals with deep wealth management industry expertise or relevant consulting backgrounds to join our team as a Wealth & Asset Management Discretionary / Advisory Specialist.
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver discretionary, advisory, or pooled investment propositions across multiple asset classes and client segments.
Lead strategic transformation projects, from new product launches to operational model redesign.
Partner with clients to enhance efficiency, client experience, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Contribute to practice development through mentoring, thought leadership, and internal initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in discretionary and/or advisory Wealth or Asset Management within a business or technology transformation context.
In-depth understanding of client and product lifecycles — from onboarding and regulated advice to documentation, investment governance, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and operational frameworks.
Proven ability to challenge existing approaches and explore new technologies to transform investment delivery and client engagement.
A collaborative mindset and passion for driving positive change and measurable results.
Bonus Points For
Experience designing and implementing new discretionary or advisory investment products.
Expertise in outsourcing oversight, operational transformation, and automation.
Knowledge of data-driven insights, digital platforms, and innovation in investment services.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Professional qualifications such as PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, or IMC.
