Main Purpose of the Role The General Counsel is a key strategic leadership role and member of the Bank’s Executive Committee, who will provide independent, commercially focused legal leadership to the Board, Chief Executive, Executive Committee and colleagues. Main Purpose of the Role The Chief Risk Officer is a member of the Bank’s Executive Committee and leads the Risk and Compliance function across Investment Risk, Operational Risk and Compliance. The role is a key contributor to investment strategy and decision-making, and is accountable for maintaining a proportionate, effective risk-management framework aligned to the Bank’s purpose, strategy, investment activity and operating environment.
