The sourcing team is responsible for the direct execution of candidate management, search and intelligence. This opportunity is to support our revenue generating business lines with a focus on Banking, Wealth, Markets and Services hiring. The successful individual will also cover other revenue generating business lines such as Investment Banking and Wealth based on hiring demands. The successful individual will be responsible for the delivery of talent sourcing and intelligence projects which support the acquisition of talent for Citi.
