About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to join our CIB Middle Office team, supporting the growing Fund Finance business within Corporate & Investment Banking Operations. In this role, you will partner closely with Credit, Legal, Relationship Management, and Loan Operations teams to facilitate the successful execution of complex lending transactions. You will be responsible for managing the loan closing lifecycle, ensuring the accurate completion of pre-closing and closing activities, coordinating loan booking processes, and delivering a seamless client experience. Acting as a key interface between the Fund Finance business and the Loan Operations Deal Closing team, you will leverage your expertise across the full transaction lifecycle from deal origination through to closing to drive execution excellence, mitigate operational risk, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
