This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, highly organised and proactive WIBF member to join the Future Leaders Shadow Board (“ FLSB ”) in a volunteering capacity. Role overview The FLSB consists of members of the banking and finance community in the early stage of their careers. The FLSB acts as a strategic partner to the Management Board, ensuring WIBF’s strategy and initiatives remain relevant, forward-looking and aligned with the needs of early career members - our “future leaders”. The Secretariat role is the operational backbone of the FLSB, keeping the Board aligned and operating with clarity, discipline and pace.
