This role is central to shaping our proposition strategy and driving improvements across Pensions and ISA services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to assist the delivery of a clear roadmap and ensure regulatory compliance, all while enhancing customer outcomes and enabling agile, impactful delivery. As a Proposition Specialist, you will progress the end-to-end proposition, working across functions, and will deliver proposition innovations to improve the experience and outcomes for our customers and their advisers.
