Role Summary Reporting to the HR Director and working with the wider HR team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support and co-ordinate several specific HR processes on a day-to-day basis to assist with the general smooth running of the department. This is a generalist role where the role holder will be involved in all aspects of HR from recruitment, benefits, appraisals, inductions etc. The role will also provide some administrative support to the HR Director when required.
