ROLE OVERVIEW
The Social Mobility Co-Lead at Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF) is responsible for the overall engagement and strategy of our social mobility pillar. Ensuring that all corporate members are aware of the social mobility programmes that WIBF offers and driving up the engagement across all the WIBF regions. You will be passionate about supporting our social mobility offerings to our corporate members and also looking at broadening out the offerings that we already have in place. You will look after a portfolio of our corporate members who are interested in partnering with WIBF on the social mobility programmes.
