Purpose of the role:

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to join the Digital & Securities Markets (DSM) business marketing team, with a primary focus on Trading Venues and Sustainable Finance & Investment (SFI) propositions. This is a high‑impact role with clear ownership of shaping and delivering go‑to‑market strategies across Equities Trading and Sustainable Finance.

The Marketing Manager will work hand in hand with the marketing team and the business on all areas of the marketing mix including events, partnerships, content, channel strategy, amplification and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to promote key initiatives, products, and services, aligning with business objectives and market trends

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the business and CAM to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful campaign delivery

  • Ideate and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and commercial outcomes

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including content creation, stakeholder approvals, media planning, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis

  • Champion innovation and thought leadership, identifying new opportunities to elevate the London Stock Exchange’s brand presence and influence within the global financial community

  • Shares best practice across the business and CAM

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on your findings

  • Conversant and/or willing to learn Adobe Suite, Workfront, Eloqua, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, MS Office, SalesForce

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or related fields;

  • 5+ years proven experience in a B2B environment

  • Demonstrated experience effectively influencing both business and marketing partners.

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities, and be able to independently meet project goals

  • Solution oriented and ability to navigate ambiguity when developing marketing campaigns

  • Comfortable writing copy for social media and email communications

  • Interest in capital markets and how the London Stock Exchange contributes to the financial ecosystem

  • Self-starting, ambitious spirit and an international approach that always puts the member and the client at the centre of the experience

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and initiative

  • High levels of resilience and self-motivation. You should demonstrate composure under pressure, always be solution-orientated, and function as a collaborative partner

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing dynamics

  • Preferred: Interest in Sustainability and products enabling green growth

  • Preferred: Interest in trading, retail investing and financial literacy
