SALARY: As per range

LOCATION(S): Bristol, Harbourside, Edinburgh Princes Exchange

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

You’ll provide insight to enable strategic decision making and the delivery of our priorities. What you’ll be doing:

Establish pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicate these integration points to relevant colleagues.

Identify blockers to delivery and where possible mitigates / resolves, raising to product owner(s) / platform leadership where required.

Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the Platform, Risk, and the wider Group, acting as a strategic business partner.

Manage complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.

Provide insight and analysis to enable informed decision‑making, supporting Platform Leads to achieve goals.

Lead key meetings, working collaboratively across and beyond the Platform to provide clear updates on progress and ensure transparency.

Contribute to platform‑wide initiatives and ad‑hoc priorities, bringing structure, challenge, and delivery focus where needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading large scale change programmes: at least 3 years leading/implementing change which span multiple business areas, interacting and influencing people across the Group.

  • Business and commercial awareness: 12 months plus in large, complex environments, ideally Financial Services. Developing business insight, including the ability to challenging where needed and finding opportunities to improve financial performance. Also demonstrate deep understanding of business strategy and using networks to stay informed and make decisions that support business goals.

  • Data & Tooling: 3 years or more experience and confidence using data and JIRA, possibly PowerBi, to spot trends, develop clear recommendations, and support sound decision‑making.

  • Storytelling: demonstrate strong skills connecting with people through clear, compelling communication—using empathy and data‑driven insights to introduce positive change.

  • Values and behaviours: you’ll be customer‑centric and solutions‑focussed, embracing change and role‑modelling a collaborative, inclusive culture.

  • Change methodology: experience in the Platform change methodology and Service Introduction.
