Salary: £64,400 - £96,600  (depending on the experience you can bring)

We are now looking for a Investment Proposition Manager to join us in Edinburgh. This is a high impact position with real scope to influence both current delivery and the future direction of our investment proposition. It offers the chance to combine strategic thinking with tangible execution, working at pace while shaping longer term growth.

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Leading the development of new investment initiatives, from concept through to delivery, ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
  • Taking ownership of existing propositions, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance performance, improve customer outcomes and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Driving proposition strategy, bringing a forward thinking perspective to shape and influence our long term direction.
  • Developing high quality business cases and proposals, underpinned by robust customer, adviser and distributor insights.
  • Delivering insightful market and competitor analysis, clearly articulating implications and opportunities for the business.
  • Owning governance requirements, including Board and Committee materials, ensuring clear, compelling and well structured outputs.
  • Chairing and managing internal forums and committees relevant to proposition development and oversight.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions, influencing and aligning on priorities, delivery approaches and outcomes.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:  

  • Proven experience leading the development and ongoing management of investment propositions.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of investment solutions and product structures.
  • A track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives and projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of customer and adviser needs, with the ability to translate these into compelling solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and governance forums.
  • The ability to operate at both a hands on delivery level and a strategic, forward looking level.
